Free Oak Building Design Consultation

To ensure that both the design and concept of your proposed oak building are as you envisaged we offer a free design consultation and initial design drawings. The consultation will include a survey of the proposed location, and we will offer advice on the design, style and dimensions that incorporate your ideas and aspirations. We will also offer advice regarding planning requirements. Following the consultation we will prepare the initial design drawings for your perusal.

Should you wish to proceed with your project, our in house Computer Aided Design team will produce the necessary drawings, site plans and forms, and submit them to your local authority for their consideration, should it be required.

Once your planning application has been approved or should you not require planning permission, our CAD technicians will produce the necessary drawings, for both ground work and the structure. These drawings will then be submitted to an independent structural engineer who will advise on section sizes and roof support etc., and submitted to building control for their approval.
